At Al Essa Dental Center, we conduct thorough examinations of your pearly whites – the overall health of your teeth and gums will be checked, oral cancer exams will be performed, and x-rays will also be taken, if deemed necessary.

Routine cleanings, flossing, sealant, and fluoride treatments will be done, as they help prevent dental diseases. Cleaning and prevention treatments include a variety of examinations such as:

1. Dental Exam: A comprehensive dental exam will be performed as part of your initial dental visit. Regular check-up exams include the following:

• 1. Overall oral hygiene
• 2. Gum disease evaluation

• 6. Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs)

2. Professional Dental Cleaning: Cleaning appointments will include a dental exam and the following:

3. Dental Radiographs: Dental radiographs (x-rays) are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information that are not normally visible during a regular dental exam.
